Graebar Park has operated as a family farm since 1982 and has provided many lambs for the local markets over time.
We select our prime lamb supply from Australian farmers in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. Our lambs are prepared at a modern processing facility in Tatura, Victoria which is Halal accredited and well located for national and international distribution.
Superior Lamb
We aim to supply the finest lamb for your customers and produce a range of cuts including butterflied legs, frenched racks and other boneless specifications. We also offer case ready preparation/pricing using various packaging alternatives and have a range of marinated lines available.
We are also able to offer bone in carcases of lamb and mutton for air freight.
As a family business we are willing to work with our customers to develop new markets and product lines.
